We provide chapter members with the tools and resources to develop their leadership skills through bi-weekly trainings and professional coaching. Members receive scholarship and internship opportunities, mentorship, and attend the Her Legacy Conference and Gala in NYC. Additionally, members of the professional network receive free access to webinars, online trainings, and more through the WEBelieve Digital Platform.
Through the college leadership program, our chapters are trained to partner with schools to provide sustainable leadership programs for middle school girls. In doing so, they gain hands on experience in: cross-sector collaboration, navigating institutions, project and budget management, community best-practices, conflict resolution, trauma-informed responses, and entrepreneurship.

Our middle school program is at the core of our work. With budget cuts on after school programs threatening the artistic and leadership development of our youth, it is critical to create strategies that ensure their success and ability to attain educational achievement and social mobility. The foundation of the program is built upon mutually beneficial partnerships with school districts, middle schools, and other educational organizations developing the leadership skills of young middle school girls.
The WEBelieve Middle School Program covers a vast array of subjects. Whether its practicing the five pillars of leadership, formulating their own natural hair care products, planning civic engagement activities, learning about financial literacy, designing business plans, expressing themselves through the arts, or building sisterhood -- every moment further unlocks the leadership potential within each girl we work with.
The program is further enhanced by the fact that the facilitators are trained college women leaders. Hence, creating an environment where the middle school girls trust, relate, and respect their facilitators as role models and mentors. The WEBelieve Middle School Program is truly groundbreaking.
